As a Team Leader, you will manage a team of Demand Specialists, ensuring they deliver the best results for clients. We seek positive, goal-oriented individuals ready to make a difference!
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage Demand Specialists and their KPIs.
- Assign cases daily.
- Check and approve demand packages.
- Conduct provider meetings.
- Conduct weekly case and call audits.
- Handle escalation calls.
- Analyze KPIs and provide feedback.
- Create Action Plans and write-ups.
- Attend Manager/Team Lead Meetings.
- Ensure SOPs and training videos are current.
- Review profiles and conduct interviews.
- Provide training to new hires.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years in a supervisory/team leader role (legal experience in personal injury preferred).
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Must be on time and reliable.
- Work well in a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in computers and relevant software.
- Prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong multitasking and time-management skills.
- Strong phone contact handling and active listening.
- Passion for exceptional customer service.
- Handle customer complaints and provide solutions.
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Keen eye for detail.
