The Pre-arrival Concierge Admin is a key support to the concierge team, ensuring the monitoring of client and partner payments. They will liaise with the Collectionist's finance team. Their role is crucial in ensuring payments to partners, confirming services and experiences for our demanding clients.
- Interacting daily with the concierge team (pre-arrival and onsite concierges) and the finance team
- Developing client invoices for the concierge team
- Entering and tracking each client payment in our tools
- Monitoring the invoicing of all our service providers (making payment requests to the accounting department)
- Closing each client file for accounting purposes
- Weekly and monthly reporting
In peak season, the Pre-Arrival Concierge Admin may also assist the team with other tasks, such as restaurant reservations or entering client schedules.
Profile:
- Student with a minimum of Bac+2 in tourism, hotel management, commerce, or a similar field
- Essential: High level of rigor, organization, and attention to detail
- Strong interest in the luxury, travel, and hospitality sector
- Good written and oral communication skills in French and English
- Autonomy, proactivity, and ability to work in a team
- Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word)
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and desire to learn in a dynamic environment
