Part-Time Pricing Manager Part-time

About your tasks:

• Shape our pricing strategy by continuously improving and implementing our pricing model to drive profitability.
• Analyze and optimize prices based on key KPIs to ensure the best balance between sales and margin growth.
• Monitor financial impacts of pricing decisions and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Country Management, Category Management and Performance Marketing, to align pricing and margin strategies.
• Conduct market and competitor research to stay ahead of industry trends and extract key insights.
• Enhance pricing tools and processes to support data-driven decision-making.

About you:

• Experienced in pricing, revenue management, or a similar field, ideally in an e-commerce or retail environment.
• Strong analytical mindset and enjoy working with data to drive decision-making.
• Strong Excel skills and ideally other tool knowledge, for example in R or Python.
• Proactive approach and a strategic yet hands-on mentality, continuously looking for opportunities to optimize and improve.
• Enjoy collaborating with different teams and have fluent English skills.
• Can work remotely a lot, but able and willing to come to the Cologne office once a week.

This role is planned as a part-time position with 20 hours per week.
