About your tasks:
- Shape our pricing strategy by continuously improving and implementing our pricing model to drive profitability
- Analyze and optimize prices based on key KPIs to ensure the best balance between sales and margin growth
- Monitor financial impacts of pricing decisions and adjust strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Country Management, Category Management and Performance Marketing, to align pricing and margin strategies
- Conduct market and competitor research to stay ahead of industry trends and extract key insights
- Enhance pricing tools and processes to support data-driven decision-making
About you:
- You are experienced in pricing, revenue management, or a similar field, ideally in an e-commerce or retail environment
- You have a strong analytical mindset and enjoy working with data to drive decision-making.
- You possess strong Excel skills and ideally also have other tool knowledge, for example in R or Python
- You have a proactive approach and a strategic yet hands-on mentality, continuously looking for opportunities to optimize and improve
- You enjoy collaborating with different teams and have fluent English skills
- You can work remotely a lot if you like, but you are able and willing to come to the Cologne office once a week
