Architects guide customers through digital transformation, leading solutioning discussions and driving successful project delivery. They provide thought leadership and expert guidance, ensuring customers achieve long-term value from the ServiceNow platform. They engage with senior stakeholders, aligning business objectives and technology solutions.

Unique Job Responsibilities

• Act as an expert providing architectural guidance and best practices.
• Build relationships with customer technical and business leaders.
• Collaborate with teams to bridge the gap between sales and execution.
• Contribute leading practices related to the ServiceNow platform.

Platform Architect Specifics

• Technical advisory role helping customers establish a technical foundation in the ServiceNow platform.
• Ensure customers leverage leading practices around instance strategy and technical health.
• Guide employees on the team to deliver a solution on the technical architecture.
• Interface with customers across Executive, Platform Owner and development teams.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the customer across executive and development teams.
• Guide customers and internal team members to provide successful solutions.
• Translate goals into a customer roadmap.
• Manage technical governance.
• Support the sales effort by scoping and estimating the engagement.

To be successful in this role you have:

• Experience in leveraging AI into work processes.
• 12+ years of experience in a professional services organization.
• 2+ years of ServiceNow Platform experience.
• Canadian citizenship or permanent residency status.
• Canadian Secret Security Clearance preferred
