Key Responsibilities:
- Assessment: Analyze current processes, workflows, and operational challenges.
- Identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to allocate resources for process improvement.
- Development: Develop and implement comprehensive process improvement strategies.
- Lead process improvement initiatives from conception to execution.
- Implementation: Conduct training sessions to educate team members about new processes.
- Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-2years) in process improvement, business analysis roles.
- Strong familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen.
- Exceptional analytical skills.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
