Job Details
The Producer is responsible for the day-to-day management of video projects, assisting with other production projects (podcasts, interactive media, apps, events) across multiple clients and products. The Producer manages video content from concept to completion.
Responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with Creative, Medical, and Account Services.
- Coordinating with external (directors, editors, animators) and internal production teams.
- Direct all assigned multimedia projects, developing efficient workflows.
- Oversee in-house and external production services (partners, video production).
- Establish and monitor budgets, timelines (SOW).
- Collaborating on content development for high-quality deliverables.
- Ensuring projects align with client strategy, messaging, and branding.
- Maintaining best practices in video/multimedia projects.
- Effectively communicating with internal and external teams.
Job Duties (Project Planning & Management):
- Understand client business, objectives, and tactics.
- Assist in maintaining project timelines.
- Initiate RFPs and establish production budgets.
- Communicate project objectives and scope to external partners.
- Identify and evaluate external partners.
- Manage external partner workflow, ensuring on-time/within-budget deliverables.
- Identify/analyze budget/timeline risks and communicate solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Maintain ongoing communication with partners and internal team.
- Build/maintain strong relationships with partners.
- Provide direction and feedback to external partners.
- Act as a liaison between Synchrony and external partners.
- Adhere to established processes and procedures.
Creative and Account Services Support:
- Communicate with Account & Creative Services.
- Provide recommendations for execution, storytelling, and visual style.
- Review storyboards for flow, clarity, timing, and scope.
- Provide creative solutions to meet client demands within timelines and budgets.
- Liaise among Account, Medical, and Creative Services.
- Assume client-facing role when needed (timelines, updates).
- Monitor/manage production for timely delivery.
- Present work and rationale in reviews and meetings.
- Incorporate feedback from cross-functional teams to partners.
Quality and Risk Control:
- Ensuring high-quality multimedia production.
- Working with Project Management on quality control measures.
- Maintaining electronic files for projects.
- Mitigating risks related to quality, budget, and timelines.

- Agency or production company experience
- Demonstrated storytelling ability
- Minimum 3 years of video production experience.
Preferred Skills:
- Creative writing/copywriting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of healthcare/pharma industry
