Job Details
We are looking for a Product Data Analyst to join our team. The candidate will be a key member, leveraging analytical skills to produce actionable insights and improve customer experience.
Specifically, the analyst will optimize post-sales processes and work on cross-domain projects (Login, App, CRM & Marketing, Consents, etc.).
Job Responsibilities:
- Data extraction, analysis, and reporting to drive performance insights and support business decisions.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends/patterns to optimize business performance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs.
- Explore and propose new product/business opportunities.
- Communicate results, insights, and recommendations clearly and concisely to all company levels.
- Cooperate with other Data Analysts on joint projects, leveraging synergies and improving data/business knowledge governance.
- Partner with Data Engineers to identify data needs and ensure data quality.
Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and Excel.
- Good knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Qlik, Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
- Proficiency in English.
Desirable Skills:
- Python
- Ability to influence decision-makers through presentations.
- Familiarity with digital and eCommerce business.
- Experience in the travel industry.
- Experience in building pipelines and data models.
