We’re looking for a Product Designer who moves fast and obsesses over clarity. This is a fractional hourly role.

What You'll Do:
- Lead Discovery Design and validate concepts with users.
- Co-create shaping briefs with Product.
- Deliver high-fidelity designs for developers.
- Craft intuitive experiences for providers.
- Collaborate Deeply with Engineering.
- Conduct usability testing and user feedback sessions.
- Contribute to Zivian’s Design System.
- Uphold the Shape Up Ethos.
- Participate in post-cycle reviews.
What you’ll bring:
- 3–6 years of experience designing for SaaS.
- A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design.
- Deep understanding of UX design principles.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Comfort working closely with engineers and PMs.
- Familiarity with analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with healthcare UX.
- Familiarity with component-based design systems.
- Exposure to the Shape Up methodology.
