Skills & experience we're looking for:

• User Curiosity: You love understanding what people need, whether it’s through interviews, surveys, or just good conversations.
• Comfort with Data: You can take messy data and turn it into useful insights that help shape better decisions.
• Project Management Skills: You’re comfortable tracking progress, helping fix issues, and making sure things stay on schedule. (Bonus if you’ve used tools like Jira or ClickUp!)
• Strong Communicator: You’re good at keeping everyone in the loop, whether it’s your teammates or external partners.

You will be responsible for:

• Understand Users: Talk to users, run surveys, and find out what they care about, and why.
• Turn Info into Insights: Look at data, feedback, and trends to help the team make smarter product decisions.
• Keep Projects Moving: Track sprints, test features, and help fix bugs to make sure everything is running smoothly.
• Help Launch New Features: Plan release campaigns, send out push notifications, and engage our community during launches.
• Work with Partners: Coordinate with external partners and vendors to make sure our goals are met.
• Connect the Teams: Work closely with design, engineering, and marketing teams to bring new ideas to life.
• Stay Organised: Keep track of plans, notes, and updates so everyone stays aligned.
