As a Contract Professional Learning Specialist at Brisk Teaching, you'll get to connect with educators across the country, facilitating engaging professional development sessions that help them make the most of Brisk Teaching. This is a unique opportunity to support a fast-growing startup where your work directly impacts educators, students, and long-term customer success.
YOU WILL:
- Develop expertise in Brisk Teaching and our professional learning offerings.
- Lead dynamic online learning experiences for educators.
- Participate actively in ongoing professional development opportunities.
- Complete comprehensive training preparation and follow-up protocols.
YOU HAVE:
- Minimum of two years of US-based teaching experience in English language arts, social studies, math, or science in a K-12 grade environment.
- Availability for 7-10 hours per week, in addition to (15) hours of onboarding during your first two weeks of employment.
- Experience working in edtech training and professional learning.
- Strong working knowledge of and experience with best practices in integrating AI tools into instruction.
- Passion for helping teachers develop confidence and capacity as they navigate today’s dynamic educational landscape.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate impactful professional learning experiences for teachers.
- Proficiency with technology; confidence in navigating a virtual learning experience (i.e. Zoom) and using Google Suite.
