Contractor Program Manager-Data Analytics

Responsibilities:

• Project Delivery
  • Lead projects ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Define and track milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an integrated delivery plan.
  • Utilize risk management strategies to mitigate project risks impacting cost, quality, or schedule.
  • Manage change requests, assess their impact on scope, schedule, and cost, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Resource and Financial Management
  • Collaborate with resource managers to ensure timely resource allocation.
  • Forecast, monitor, and report project financials while maintaining records in project management tools.
  • Review and approve timecards associated with the project.
  • Develop business case financial models and maintain budgets to meet ROI targets.
• Documentation and Compliance
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and standards, including SOX, computer systems validation, and PMO guidelines.
  • Represent the project in governance and inter-departmental forums.
• Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Provide regular updates to business stakeholders and publish periodic status reports.
  • Liaise with supplier management groups for engagement quality, experience, and cost.
  • Partner with business sponsors to define and meet success metrics and criteria.

Core Competencies:

• Extensive experience in managing complex projects with multiple technologies and functions.
• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies; prior experience in data analytics projects is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and other project management tools.
• Demonstrated experience in full project lifecycle management for software, maintenance, development, and implementation projects.
• Understanding of IT methodologies such as ITIL.
• Proven ability to manage remote teams and customer relationships
