Project Analyst - This is a contract opportunity. This opportunity is located in Austin, TX. We’re seeking a Project Analyst to serve as a liaison between Provider Enrollment and IT teams. In this role, you’ll manage project requirements from start to finish, support issue resolution, and recommend process improvements. You’ll help maintain enrollment data and contribute to strategic initiatives while working in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
- Support project planning, requirements gathering, and post-implementation activities.
- Research and document issues, providing detailed findings and solutions to leadership.
- Respond to inquiries regarding provider enrollment and file maintenance processes.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain strict confidentiality in alignment with HIPAA requirements.
Job Skills/Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with healthcare providers and healthcare terminology.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and manage time effectively.
- Flexibility to work overtime based on daily production needs.
