Contractor Project Manager / Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Functions as the overall Scrum Master for this engagement.
• Facilitates Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives).
• Collaborates with stakeholders to prioritize and manage the product backlog for CLM configurations.
• Addresses project risks and removes impediments for on-time delivery.
• Documents and communicates configuration changes and project updates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, business, or related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred).
• Proven problem-solving abilities.
• Strong project management software, methodologies, and best practice knowledge.
• Full project lifecycle experience.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and resourceful skills.
• Project completion according to scope, budget, and timeline.
• 10+ years of experience managing CapEx projects in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong background in commissioning, qualification, and validation (CQV).
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project) and methodologies.
