Job Details
Administrative work on MS Excel files or research work on MS Word.
Conducting research that is pertinent to understanding either the users of our platform or job applicants.
Planning and designing tools to help users understand themselves (e.g., personality tests) and facilitate finding/applying to opportunities (learning/job).
Working with graphic designers or creating website/mobile app concepts (e.g., psychology/career tests) in Adobe XD.
Assisting with induction/training programs to improve employee integration.
Possible HR functions such as interviewing and applicant testing.
Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, analytical, critical, and logical thinking skills, basic Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Google Docs, Sheets), Dropbox skills.
Bonus skills: General knowledge related to business, marketing, design, human resources, project management skills (AirTable, Jira, Trello, Asana), etc.
