Administrative work on MS Excel files or research work on MS Word
Conducting research that is pertinent to understanding either the users of our platform or job applicants
Planning and designing tools to help users understand themselves (e.g., personality tests) or find opportunities more easily.
Working with graphics designers or creating website/mobile app page concepts (e.g., psychology tests, career tests) using Adobe XD.
Assisting with induction/training programs for new employees.
Performing HR functions like interviewing and testing applicants.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology
- Strong analytical, critical, and logical thinking skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Dropbox, etc.
- Administrative skills
- General knowledge related to business, marketing, design, HR
- Project management skills & use of tools like AirTable, Jira, Trello, Asana, etc. (bonus)
