Job Details
Administrative work on Ms Excel files or research work on MS Word.
Conducting research that is pertinent to understanding either the users of our platform or job applicants.
Planning and designing tools to help users understand themselves (e.g., personality tests) or facilitate finding/applying for opportunities.
Working with graphic designers or creating website/mobile app page concepts (e.g., psychology tests, career tests in Adobe XD).
Helping run/participate in induction/training programs for new employees.
If needed: Human resource functions such as interviewing and testing applicants.
Bachelor's degree in Psychology
Analytical, critical, and logical thinking skills.
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.), Google Docs, Google Sheets, Dropbox, etc. skills
Administrative skills.
General knowledge in business, marketing, design, and HR is a plus.
Project management skills (AirTable, Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.) are a plus.
Work from home throughout the internship.
Reference letter available upon completion.
Flexible working hours (e.g., 8am-5pm, 7:30am-4:30pm), aside from 9am-6pm.
Potential for part-time or full-time work after internship, based on performance (not limited to Malaysia).
