Administrative work on MS Excel files or research work on MS Word
Conducting research pertinent to understanding either the users of our platform or job applicants
Planning and designing tools to help users understand themselves (e.g., personality tests), facilitate finding/enrolling/applying to opportunities (e.g., learning/job opportunities)
Working with graphics designers or developing website/mobile app page concepts (e.g., psychology/career tests using Adobe XD)
Assisting with induction/training programs for new employees
Performing human resource functions (e.g., interviewing, testing applicants)
Required: Bachelor's degree in Psychology
Required: Analytical, critical, logical thinking skills
Required: Knowledge/skills in MS Excel & Word, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Dropbox, etc.
Required: Administrative skills
Bonus: General knowledge related to business, marketing, design, HR
Bonus: Project management skills and using project management tools (e.g., AirTable, Jira, Trello, Asana)
