Job Details
Administrative work on MS Excel files or research work on MS Word.
Conducting research pertinent to understanding either the users of our platform or job applicants.
Planning and designing tools to help users understand themselves (personality tests, processes for finding opportunities).
Working with graphics designers or creating website/mobile app concepts (psychology/career tests using Adobe XD).
Assisting in induction/training programs to integrate new employees.
Potential HR functions like interviewing and testing applicants.
Required: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, analytical/critical/logical thinking skills, knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Dropbox.
Bonus skills: Administrative skills, general knowledge (business, marketing, design, HR), project management skills (AirTable, Jira, Trello, Asana),.
