Administrative work on MS Excel files or research work on MS Word.
Conducting research that is pertinent to understanding either the users of our platform or job applicants.
Planning and designing tools to help users understand themselves (personality tests, processes for finding/applying to opportunities).
Working with graphics designers or creating website/mobile app pages (psychology/career tests on Adobe XD).
Helping run/be a part of induction/training programs for new employees.
Human resource functions such as interviewing and testing applicants.
Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
Analytical, critical, and logical thinking skills.
Knowledge/skills in MS Excel & Word, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Dropbox.
Administrative skills.
General knowledge related to business, marketing, design, human resource.
Project management skills and ability to use tools like AirTable, Jira, Trello, Asana.
