Administrative work on Ms Excel files or research work on MS Word
Conducting research that is pertinent to understanding either the users of our platform or job applicants
Planning and designing tools to help users understand themselves (e.g., personality tests) or facilitate finding/applying for opportunities (e.g., learning/job opportunities)
Working with graphics designers or creating website/mobile app page concepts (e.g., psychology/career tests in Adobe XD)
If needed, help run or participate in induction/training programs for new employees
If needed, perform HR functions such as interviewing and testing applicants
Bachelor's degree in Psychology
Analytical, critical, and logical thinking skills
Knowledge and skills using Microsoft Excel & Word, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Dropbox, etc.
Administrative skills
General knowledge of business, marketing, design, and human resources is a plus.
Project management skills and using project management tools (e.g., AirTable, Jira, Trello, Asana) is a plus
