Administrative work on MS Excel files or research work on MS Word
Conducting research pertinent to understanding platform users or job applicants.
Planning and designing tools for user self-understanding, including personality tests and processes to facilitate finding/applying for opportunities (e.g., learning, job opportunities).
Working with graphic designers or creating website/mobile app concepts (e.g., psychology tests, career tests) using Adobe XD.
Assisting with induction or training programs for new employees to improve cultural integration.
Performing human resource functions, such as interviewing and applicant testing.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology
- Analytical, critical, and logical thinking skills
- Knowledge/skills in MS Excel, Word, Google Docs, Sheets, Dropbox, etc.
- Administrative skills
- General knowledge of business, marketing, design, and HR (beneficial)
- Project management skills and use of tools like AirTable, Jira, Trello, Asana, etc. (beneficial)
