Job Details
Administrative work on MS Excel files or research work on MS Word.
Conducting research that is pertinent to understanding either the users of our platform or job applicants.
Planning and designing tools to help users understand themselves (personality tests, processes for finding/enrolling/applying to opportunities, learning & job opportunities).
Working with graphic designers or creating website/mobile app page concepts (psychology/career tests on Adobe XD).
Assisting with induction/training programs for new employees.
Human resource functions (interviewing, applicant testing).
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
Analytical, Critical and Logical thinking skills.
Some knowledge & skills using Microsoft Excel & Word, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Dropbox.
Administrative skills.
General knowledge in business, marketing, design, and human resources.
Project management skills, and ability to use project management tools (AirTable, Jira, Trello, Asana).
