Administrative work on Ms Excel files or research work on MS Word
Conducting research that is pertinent to understanding either the users of our platform or job applicants
Planning and designing tools that would help users understand themselves (personality tests, processes for finding/applying to opportunities)
Working with graphics designers or creating your own website/mobile app page concepts (psychology/career tests on Adobe XD)
Help run/be part of induction/training programs to help new employees integrate
Human resource functions (interviewing, testing applicants)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology
- Analytical, Critical & Logical thinking skills
- Microsoft Excel & Word, Google Docs, Google sheets, Dropbox skills
- Administrative skills
- Knowledge of business, marketing, design, human resource (bonus)
- Project management skills and tools (AirTable, Jira, Trello, Asana - bonus)
