Job Details
Administrative work on MS Excel files or research work on MS Word.
Conducting research that is pertinent to understanding either the users of our platform or job applicants.
Planning and designing tools to help users understand themselves (e.g., personality tests) or facilitate finding/applying for opportunities.
Working with graphics designers or developing website/mobile app page concepts (e.g., psychology/career tests) using Adobe XD.
Assisting with induction/training programs for new employees.
Possible HR functions: interviewing and testing applicants.
Required: Bachelor's degree in Psychology
Required Skills: Analytical, critical, and logical thinking; Microsoft Excel & Word, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Dropbox; administrative skills; general knowledge of business, marketing, design, HR.
Bonus Skills: Project management skills and project management tools (AirTable, Jira, Trello, Asana);
