Job Details
Administrative work on MS Excel files or research work on MS Word.
Conducting research that is pertinent to understanding either the users of our platform or job applicants.
Planning and designing tools to help users understand themselves (personality tests, processes for finding/applying to opportunities, learning/job opportunities).
Working with graphics designers or creating website/mobile app page concepts (psychology/career tests on Adobe XD).
Assisting in induction/training programs (employee integration).
Potential HR functions: interviewing and testing applicants.
Required: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, analytical, critical, and logical thinking skills, some knowledge of MS Excel & Word, Google Docs, Sheets, Dropbox, etc.
Bonus skills: administrative skills, general knowledge in business, marketing, design, HR, project management skills, project management tools (AirTable, Jira, Trello, Asana, etc).
