Job Details
Administrative work on MS Excel files or research work on MS Word.
Conducting research pertinent to understanding users or job applicants.
Planning and designing tools to help users understand themselves (personality tests, etc.) and find opportunities (learning, job).
Working with graphic designers or creating website/mobile app concepts for psychology/career tests using Adobe XD.
Assisting with induction/training programs for new employees.
Human resource functions (interviewing, testing applicants) if needed.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology
- Analytical, critical, and logical thinking skills
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.) skills
- Dropbox and other administrative skills
- General business, marketing, design, HR knowledge (bonus)
- Project management skills and tools (AirTable, Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.) (bonus)
