Job Details
Administrative work on MS Excel files or research work on MS Word.
Conducting research that is pertinent to understanding either the users of our platform or job applicants.
Planning and designing tools to help users understand themselves, like personality tests or processes to facilitate finding, enrolling in, or applying for opportunities (e.g., learning and job opportunities).
Working with graphics designers or developing your own website or mobile app page concepts for psychology tests or career tests on Adobe XD.
Assisting with induction programs or training programs to help new employees integrate into the company culture.
Performing HR functions such as interviewing and testing applicants, if needed.
Required: Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
Skills: Analytical, critical, and logical thinking.
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Dropbox, and similar tools.
Other skills: Administrative skills, general knowledge of business, marketing, design, HR, and more (bonus).
Project management skills and the ability to use project management tools like AirTable, Jira, Trello, Asana, etc. (bonus).
