Administrative work on Ms Excel files or research work on MS Word
Conducting research that is pertinent to understanding either the users of our platform or job applicants
Planning and designing tools to help users understand themselves (e.g., personality tests) or facilitate finding/enrolling/applying for opportunities
Working with graphics designers or creating website/mobile app concepts (e.g., psychology/career tests in Adobe XD)
Assisting with induction/training programs for new employees
Performing HR functions, such as interviewing and testing applicants
Bachelor's degree in Psychology
Analytical, critical, and logical thinking skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word, Google Docs, Sheets, Dropbox
Administrative skills
General knowledge of business, marketing, design, HR is a plus
Project management skills using tools like AirTable, Jira, Trello, Asana
