Full-Time 【PT】BOP JP Manager / UCC Manager

Sales support activities for BOSCH power tools, measuring tools, accessories, garden tools and DREMEL brand tools in Japan

As a leader of business operation group to manage fulfillment of overall tasks of the group.

Planning ideas for optimizing business operation processes and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Incorporation and realization of the vision and strategy of the global organization PT / BOP into Japan

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of sales processes & business operations management
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• English enough to participate in global project
• Japanese (native)
• Willingness to serve internal and external customers and results-oriented attitude
• Proven leadership and coaching skills
• Analytical and quick problem-solving skills

Skills/knowledge (Good to have):

• IT (SAP, AI, Automation) knowledge and able to lead system implementation

Although it is a small group of 7 people in total, you will lead the team as a manager and at the same time work with you can collaborating with outsourcing partners to advance business operations.

As a member of the global organization PT / BOP, you are expected to contribute to the global level by participating in regular meetings, workshops and projects.

As a support department of the sales force, we can make a great contribution to the growth of the power tool business in Japan.
