We are seeking a hands-on QA Lead to introduce and mature a structured quality process for a BI application.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Define the QA strategy and own a living QA test plan.
- Develop and maintain a regression test plan.
- Document clear, traceable test cases.
- Organize and schedule QA activities.
- Perform manual testing.
- Monitor Jira boards.
- Update, triage, and reassign Jira tickets.
- Establish quality gates and lead QA signoff.
- Build and maintain automated tests.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and US-based stakeholders.
- Define and track QA metrics and drive continuous improvement.
- Contribute to test data management.
- Champion risk-based testing, release readiness reviews, and post-release retrospectives.
Hard Skills:
- Experience creating QA strategies and test plans.
- Strong manual testing skills.
- Hands-on test automation experience.
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD.
- Proficiency with Jira.
- Solid SQL skills.
- Familiarity with BI or analytics products.
It's a plus:
- Experience with synthetic data generation.
- Exposure to integrations with platforms like Salesforce, Gong, Google Analytics, or SalesLoft.
- Experience with CI/CD tools.
- Knowledge of API testing tools.
- Performance and reliability testing exposure.
- Background in multi-tenant SaaS.
Soft Skills:
- Proven leadership with the ability to coach, prioritize, and drive accountability across teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Strong ownership, organization, and attention to detail.
- Structured problem solving and high comfort with ambiguity.
