Quality Assurance Engineer role at Pomelo, a financial technology platform, seeks a skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join their Engineering team.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and automated scripts to maintain high product quality.
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Support the transition to a new processor while ensuring all functionality remains consistent.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality products.
- Improve and implement test automation frameworks and tools.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years of Quality Assurance experience with a proven track record.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Skills: Familiarity with test automation frameworks and tools. Proficiency in performance testing tools. Understanding of mobile and web application testing.
- Mindset: Passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with testing trends.
- Communication: Strong ability to explain technical details clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bonus: Startup experience is a plus.
