RRD is seeking an experienced Part-Time Real Estate Transactions Attorney to join its Legal Department. This role requires approximately 20-25 hours per week.
Core Responsibilities:
- Act as lead counsel for all real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions.
- Draft, negotiate, and review commercial leases, manage lease renewals and amendments.
- Develop, review, and negotiate all contracts related to the real estate portfolio.
- Provide legal advice and counsel to management on real estate-related legal and business matters.
- Work collaboratively with business teams to ensure legal strategies align with real estate objectives.
Required Experience:
- Law degree (J.D. or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
- 3–5 years of experience in real estate transactions and lease negotiations.
- Experience working effectively with senior leadership, C-suite executives, and external parties.

- Legal Expertise: Proven track record of drafting and negotiating contracts related to complex real estate transactions and commercial leases.
