Volunteer Recruitment Supervisor (Volunteer/Remote)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Offboarding Manager.
• Supervise a team of Offboarding Coordinators.
• Develop strategies and programs to streamline the offboarding process.
• Offboard team members efficiently.
• Track all offboarding members.
• Communicate with managers in other departments regarding unresponsive team members.
• Assist with critical needs and coordinate national initiatives.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Oversee the daily workflow of the department.
• Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations.

Requirements:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (preferred).
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP credential (preferred).
• Strong understanding of employment laws.
• Knowledge of technology and technical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks.
• Ability to function well in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
• Availability to volunteer 15+ hours per week.
