Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Offboarding Manager.
- Supervise a team of Offboarding Coordinators.
- Develop strategies and programs to streamline the offboarding process.
- Offboard team members efficiently.
- Track all offboarding members.
- Communicate with managers in other departments regarding unresponsive team members.
- Assist with critical needs and coordinate national initiatives.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Oversee the daily workflow of the department.
- Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations.
Requirements:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (preferred).
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP credential (preferred).
- Strong understanding of employment laws.
- Knowledge of technology and technical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks.
- Ability to function well in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
- Availability to volunteer 15+ hours per week.
