Securitas Technology Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Fire and Security Regional Account Manager.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow existing commercial accounts.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities.
  • Lead sales process (initial contact to closing).
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maximize sales opportunities through allocated accounts and new business.
  • Develop sales leads through self-initiated approaches, cross-selling, upselling, and referrals.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Conduct quarterly customer visits to understand security requirements.
  • Deliver sales and technical presentations.
  • Account planning and mapping.
  • Perform site surveys to understand client security needs.
  • Complete survey designs and scope of works to NSI and company standards.
  • Identify and segment key accounts.
  • Manage CRM system, provide weekly activity and opportunity pipeline reporting.
  • Present regular business plans to senior management.
  • Provide weekly accurate sales forecasts.
  • Adhere to all health and safety requirements.

  • Experience in the electronic security industry.
  • Understanding of Access Control, CCTV, Intruder, and Fire.

  • Experience dealing with senior decision-makers.
  • Account growth, account management, new business generation, and retention experience.
  • Results-focused.
  • Deep understanding of the fire and security industry.
  • Experience in creating estimates, business proposals, and technical sales surveys.
  • Deal and tender management experience.
  • Strategic perspective (long-term relationship planning).
  • Understanding of NSI and compliance standards.
  • Experience using CRM software.
