This role is based in Australia, with the option of remote work. You will manage 7 direct reports in sales across Australia, Singapore, and India.
You'll have end-to-end business responsibility for the APAC region and become a local expert.
Occasional travel across APAC and possible trips to Head Office in Dundee are required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy sales channels in Australia, Singapore, and India
- Develop and implement a clear sales channel mix
- Meet revenue and territory targets
- Monitor key business metrics (marketing, sales process, customer happiness, account penetration, etc.)
- Lead and mentor high-performing sales teams
- Partner with marketing to build brand equity and generate sales
- Improve customer happiness/customer voice programs
- Develop talent pipeline opportunities
- Manage budgeting aligned with global strategy
- Implement sales operational processes and reporting
- Develop strong partnerships within the Insights network
- Deploy Global Sales Strategy in APAC, promoting best practice CRM, and advising supply & demand chain requirements
- Collaborate with Regional Directors, Finance, and People Teams for consistent, globally aligned practices
- Champion the successful implementation of 3 global sales channels (Enterprise Clients, Key Accounts, Global Partner Channel)
- Monitor company support for customer/business growth
- Liaise with stakeholders to influence business process change
