Job Details

Regional Sales Manager will play a key leadership role managing and directing the franchise sales process in an assigned region. This involves virtual meetings and traveling to meet franchise leads for new and resale franchises using a specific sales process.

Responsibilities Include:

  1. Working closely with the Regional Vice President (RVP) in the assigned area.
  2. Presenting franchise brand offerings using marketing materials, virtual and in-person meetings (including store tours).
  3. Sending franchise leads to corporate for Discovery Day tours (virtual and in-person).
  4. Researching and locating franchise store rental locations.
  5. Maintaining relationships with existing franchisees.
  6. Leading franchise growth, affiliations, and partnership arrangements.
  7. Selling new and resale franchises to prospects.
  8. Traveling to meet prospects regularly.
  9. Attending franchise shows in the US and potentially abroad to promote the brands.
  10. Working with business brokers and consultants.
  11. Planning, directing, or coordinating the sales process with franchisees.
  12. Analyzing sales statistics to determine sales potential and inventory requirements, monitoring prospect/franchisee preferences.
  13. Working with the Chief Development Officer and Brand Presidents.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Internet Explorer/Google Chrome, online video conferencing software (Zoom, Teams), CRM systems, and scheduling software.
  • Valid Driver's License, valid automobile insurance, credit card for travel expenses.
  • Willingness to travel 50-75% of the time.
