Regional Sales Manager will play a key leadership role managing and directing the franchise sales process in an assigned region. This involves virtual meetings and traveling to meet franchise leads for new and resale franchises using a specific sales process.
Responsibilities Include:
- Working closely with the Regional Vice President (RVP) in the assigned area.
- Presenting franchise brand offerings using marketing materials, virtual and in-person meetings (including store tours).
- Sending franchise leads to corporate for Discovery Day tours (virtual and in-person).
- Researching and locating franchise store rental locations.
- Maintaining relationships with existing franchisees.
- Leading franchise growth, affiliations, and partnership arrangements.
- Selling new and resale franchises to prospects.
- Traveling to meet prospects regularly.
- Attending franchise shows in the US and potentially abroad to promote the brands.
- Working with business brokers and consultants.
- Planning, directing, or coordinating the sales process with franchisees.
- Analyzing sales statistics to determine sales potential and inventory requirements, monitoring prospect/franchisee preferences.
- Working with the Chief Development Officer and Brand Presidents.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree, or equivalent experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Internet Explorer/Google Chrome, online video conferencing software (Zoom, Teams), CRM systems, and scheduling software.
- Valid Driver's License, valid automobile insurance, credit card for travel expenses.
- Willingness to travel 50-75% of the time.
