Regional Sales Manager is a significant driver of company revenue and growth. Leads and drives sales engagements, motivated to solve customer security challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed quota through strategic territory plans targeting deployments of the Palo Alto Networks Next Generation Security Platform.
- Win business and market share by displacing competing technologies.
- Drive and orchestrate complex sales cycles.
- Work with internal partners to best serve customers.
- Identify business challenges and create solutions for prospects and customers.
- Understand the competitive landscape and customer needs.
- Create clear goals and accurate forecasting.
- Leverage prospect stories to create a compelling value proposition.
- Stay updated on industry news and trends.
- Travel within territory and to company meetings (as needed).
- Cultivate relationships with channel partners.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the full sales cycle and structured sales process.
- Take a holistic approach to problem-solving.
- Strong time management skills and self-direction.
- English and German language proficiency (strong communication).
Experience Required:
- Experience with SaaS-based architectures (ideally in networking or security).
- Demonstrated experience selling complex solutions, value selling, consultative sales.
- Technical aptitude for understanding technology solutions.
- Identifies problems, analyzes data, determines root causes, and provides scalable solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of the full sales cycle.
- Excellent time management.
