Syngenta’s Crop Protection Regulatory Affairs Team is looking for a Regulatory Operations Specialist to work remotely for 12 months on a fixed-term contract. This role involves preparing regulatory documents and submission packages for Canadian regulatory agencies to register pest control products. You'll manage regulatory information, official regulatory files, and maintain data in regulatory systems.
Accountabilities:
- Preparing administrative documents for regulatory submissions.
- Compiling documents to create regulatory submission packages.
- Managing regulatory information and maintaining relevant databases.
- Conducting searches for regulatory and/or scientific data and information.
- Supporting activities related to incident reporting.

Required skills:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in science or equivalent experience in the agricultural industry or related fields.
- Knowledge in regulatory terminology.
- General understanding of the regulatory process and types of data used to support pesticide registrations.
- Equivalent experience with product labeling and/or regulatory information management is a plus.
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, database management).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.
