Job Details
We are looking for a Rehabilitation Consultant - Rehabilitation Counsellor to join our team. On a day-to-day basis you will be an integral part of the team working with people who have sustained a psychological or physical injury in the workplace. As a valued team member your role will include:
- Undertaking vocational assessments
- Liaising with clients, insurers, medical practitioners and employers
- Be part of a multidisciplinary team to support recovery and return to work
- Deliver targeted intervention strategies
- Qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling and a full ASORC Accreditation
- A confident approach towards engaging with multiple stakeholders
- An inclusive and integrative attitude
- Proven written and verbal communication skills
- Determination to consistently provide a high level of customer service
- A keen sense of punctuality and the effective ability to manage your time
- A willingness to travel
