Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Remote Events Trip Coordinator to support clients in planning and booking travel for group events such as conferences, retreats, weddings, sports tournaments, and milestone celebrations. In this remote-based position, you'll help create seamless travel experiences tailored to each event's unique needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage travel arrangements for individuals and groups attending special events
- Research and recommend destinations, venues, transportation, and accommodations
- Prepare and present customized travel packages and itineraries
- Communicate with clients to gather preferences, confirm details, and provide travel updates
- Ensure timely and accurate bookings using approved platforms
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional service and follow-up
- Stay current with travel industry updates, supplier promotions, and event trends
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
