As the Technical Team Lead, you will oversee a talented team of developers, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and align with the company’s standards and goals.
With your strong technical background and leadership skills, you will facilitate smooth project execution, provide guidance to the team, and resolve any roadblocks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a distributed team of developers, designers, and QA specialists.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.
- Ensure coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes are followed.
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to the team.
- Conduct regular code reviews and performance evaluations.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions.
- Facilitate effective communication across teams to ensure project alignment and success.
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience as a Technical Team Lead or similar role in web and mobile application development.
- Strong expertise in front-end and back-end technologies, such as JavaScript, React, Angular, Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, or similar.
- Experience with mobile app development (iOS and Android) using native or cross-platform frameworks like Flutter or React Native.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make technical decisions.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Flexible work hours and the ability to work from anywhere.
