Full-Time Remote Technical Team Lead

As the Technical Team Lead, you will oversee a talented team of developers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and align with company standards and goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of web and app developers to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
• Coordinate and prioritize tasks, set project timelines, and monitor progress.
• Act as the main point of contact between developers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to the team.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring smooth project execution.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role, managing web and app development teams.
• Proven track record of successfully leading projects from inception to completion.
• Strong understanding of web and mobile app development processes and technologies.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, managing diverse team members.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Hindi is a bonus.
