Full-Time Remote Technical Team Lead

As the Technical Team Lead, you will oversee a talented team of developers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and align with company standards and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a distributed team of developers, designers, and QA specialists.
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.
• Ensure coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes are followed.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to the team.
• Conduct regular code reviews and performance evaluations.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions.
• Facilitate effective communication across teams to ensure project alignment and success.

Required Experience and Skills:

• At least 2-3 years of proven experience as a Technical Team Lead or similar role in web and mobile application development.
• Strong expertise in front-end and back-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, React, Angular, Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails).
• Experience with mobile app development (iOS and Android) using native or cross-platform frameworks (e.g., Flutter, React Native).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make technical decisions.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
