Full-Time Remote Technical Team Lead

As the Technical Team Lead, you will oversee a talented team of developers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and align with company goals. Your strong technical background and leadership skills are crucial for smooth project execution, team guidance, and resolving roadblocks.

1. Lead and mentor a distributed team of developers, designers, and QA specialists.
2. Oversee the full software development lifecycle (planning to deployment).
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.
4. Ensure coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes are followed.
5. Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to the team.
6. Conduct regular code reviews and performance evaluations.
7. Stay updated with industry trends and technologies for innovative solutions.
8. Facilitate effective communication across teams for project alignment and success.

Experience Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of proven experience as a Technical Team Lead or similar role in web and mobile application development.
• Strong expertise in front-end and back-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, React, Angular, Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails).
• Experience with mobile app development (iOS and Android) using native or cross-platform frameworks (e.g., Flutter, React Native).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and technical decision-making ability.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
