As the Technical Team Lead, you will oversee a talented team of developers.

- Lead and mentor a distributed team of developers, designers, and QA specialists.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.
- Ensure coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes are followed.
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to the team.
- Conduct regular code reviews and performance evaluations.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions.
- Facilitate effective communication across teams.
Qualifications:
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience as a Technical Team Lead.
- Strong expertise in front-end and back-end technologies (JavaScript, React, Angular, Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, etc.).
- Experience with mobile app development (iOS and Android).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Excellent problem-solving and technical decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
