As the Technical Team Lead, you will oversee a talented team of developers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and align with company standards and goals. Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage a team of web and app developers to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
2. Coordinate and prioritize tasks, set project timelines, and monitor progress.
3. Act as the main point of contact between developers and other stakeholders for seamless communication.
4. Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to the team.
5. Identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring smooth project execution.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role, managing web and app development teams.
• Proven track record of successfully leading projects from inception to completion.
• Strong understanding of web and mobile app development processes and technologies.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, managing diverse team members.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Hindi is a bonus.
