Magnet Forensics is seeking a Renewal Manager to focus on customer retention through the renewal process.
As a Renewal Manager, You Will:
- Work with Sales and Customer Success to maximize revenue retention.
- Be the inside point of contact for all channel partners and manage relations between Magnet Forensics, channel partners, and end users to close renewal opportunities.
- Complete the renewal lifecycle management including administrative tasks such as Purchase Orders, forecasting, quoting, agreement negotiations, and order submission.
- Achieve / exceed quarterly renewal targets.
- Drive on-time or early renewals.
- Analyze customer renewal data and agreements to determine retention strategy, identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, and identify “at-risk” renewal clients early in the cycle.
Preferred location: Kitchener-Waterloo region (Canada) or Atlanta region (US)
