Revenue Operations Analyst This is an apprenticeship opportunity.This is a hybrid opportunity in New York, NY.
Join the Revenue Operations & Enablement team as a Revenue Operations Analyst, where you'll collaborate with revenue stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives, streamline operations, and support team OKRs. Job Responsibilities
- Build scalable processes and drive projects to completion.
- Develop and document rules of engagement and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain and update asset management and Confluence.
- Triage incoming operational requests from sales, customer success, and leadership teams.
- Support sales and customer teams’ technology infrastructure to enhance efficiency.
Skills/Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Salesforce or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of go-to-market tech stacks.
- Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
