Contractor RFP Consultant - School Partnerships

All Care Therapies is seeking an experienced RFP Consultant to support contract securing efforts with schools.

This role manages the full lifecycle of the RFP process, from identifying opportunities to drafting proposals and ensuring compliance with procurement requirements.

Responsibilities include:

1. Researching and identifying RFP opportunities with school districts and private educational institutions.
2. Developing, writing, and submitting compelling proposals aligned with school district requirements.
3. Ensuring compliance with state, federal, and district procurement policies.
4. Coordinating with internal stakeholders to gather data and documentation.
5. Managing communication with school districts (responding to inquiries and attending pre-bid meetings).
6. Developing scoring rubrics and evaluating contract terms.
7. Providing guidance on contract negotiations, renewals, and vendor management.
8. Maintaining accurate records for auditing and reporting.

Experience and Skills Required:

• Proven experience in RFP development and procurement processes, ideally within the education or healthcare sectors.
• Strong knowledge of California school district contracting requirements.
• Excellent writing, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to analyze RFP criteria and develop strategic, compliant proposals.
• Familiarity with therapy service contracts in educational settings (a plus).
